Dr. Erik Petersen has cared for patients since 2002 — more than two decades spanning emergency medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and urgent care. A former collegiate All-American, he brings an athlete’s discipline and an ER physician’s calm to every visit.
He built Vacation Medicine on a simple idea: that anyone — on a trip or at home — should be able to reach a real, board-certified doctor in minutes, and be told the truth about what they actually need. If a problem needs an X-ray, stitches, or the ER, he’ll say so.
