Do you take insurance?
We're direct-pay, which keeps it simple and affordable — no copays, deductibles, or surprise bills. We can generate an itemized superbill you can submit to your plan, and we accept HSA/FSA cards.
Is the membership really for my whole household?

What if you can't help over video?
